Whether you are looking for the pure component or mixture, the DRIVOSOL® family offers flexible pressure stages ranging from 1.2 to 7.8 bar which can be adjusted according to your requirements.

DRIVOSOL is a colorless aerosol propellant mixture containing n-Butane, iso-Butane and Propane. In the production special emphasis is placed on innovative purification steps. This high-purity propellant meets the requirements for applications in the cosmetic industry. Typical applications are e.g. shaving foam, hair mousse or deodorants. It can also be used in household or technical sprays, as well as in protective packaging and foam.

The consistently high quality of our aerosol propellants is an essential factor for us and our customers:

Depending on the preferred pressure stage, certain aerosol propellant gas mixtures with different compositions are possible.

For example, if you are looking for a mixture with 3.5 bar, a composition of 24.0% propane, 72.0% iso-Butane and 4.0% n-Butane would be possible. This corresponds to our current product DRIVOSOL® 35D04.

In our ultramodern C4 Verbund, we process various raw material streams such as crude-C4 or FCC-C4 (Fluid Catalytic Cracking-C4) from steam crackers or refineries. We produce the aerosol propellants at our site in Marl, Germany. During production, we place special emphasis on innovative cleaning steps and comprehensive analyses from raw material to finished product. We promise our customers a consistently high quality of these high-purity hydrocarbons.

Together with our logistics partners, we offer a dedicated fleet of tank trucks to transport the product to your door as needed:
