With the new myFLEXINO® digital portal, Evonik is expanding and centralizing its service offering for plasticizer customers. myFLEXINO® will become the first digital point of contact for customers to make interaction with Evonik as convenient and efficient as possible. All technical content and documents are accessible in one place.
The platform brings together existing application engineering expertise and enables customers to find answers to their questions, and to get in touch with plasticizer experts from Evonik - whether it's for formulation support, regulatory issues, or a sample order.
The launch of the myFLEXINO® platform is an important milestone in the digitization strategy of Evonik's Performance Intermediates business line. "The implementation of a digital service offering promotes technical interaction with our customers and thus supports the continued strategic development of our plasticizers business," says Roland Pietz, head of market segment Oxo Alcohols and Plasticizers. "We want to make it as convenient as possible for our business partners to contact us and to find relevant information. In addition, this is how we are transferring our technical service for application technology to the digital world," adds Dr. Melike Bayram, head of technical customer support for plasticizers. Based on customer feedback, the platform will then be continuously updated with new content.
The formulation assistant and the virtual laboratory offer particular added value for customers. The formulation assistant allows the customer to virtually simulate different formulations with just a few clicks. The technical data generated in the process help to assess the performance of various plasticizers in the selected formulation. Time-consuming laboratory tests are thus reduced.
In the virtual lab, platform users can explore for themselves step-by-step which equipment is typically used in the development of new plasticizers. Using videos and short brochures, it is possible to see in detail how researchers at Evonik work. This insight allows customers to take part in the development process themselves and learn about Evonik's measurement methods.
In addition, myFLEXINO® offers the possibility to view current webinars and the latest presentations from events. Technical data sheets and safety data sheets, as well as many other documents are also available.
