The goal is to develop an additional communication channel to reach our customers - a more direct and friendly approach for an additional customer touchpoint. This can be done by using so-called campaigns, which begin with a hashtag (#). These are a sequence of publications that follow a specific topic. And this is where our employees come in. Everybody has a role to play, each contribution brings us closer to our customers and makes us more likable. The LinkedIn community is increasing quickly, the focus page of Performance Intermediates has more than 900 followers meanwhile.
In our most recent new campaigns #Chemistry4People and #C4Regions, the focus is on our new Evonik value “Openness”. Many colleagues have already got involved. With this hashtag, colleagues appear at regular intervals to talk about their roles and explain how they contribute to the “Chemistry4People” vision. In line with the motto, “Shaping the future of C4-based chemicals together with our customers!”, PI provides readers with exciting personal glimpses into the world of C4 chemistry.
The future of C4-based chemicals will be varied and will be played out in the most diverse locations. The #C4Regions campaign features a round-the-world-trip in which colleagues from the regions introduce themselves. They tell us what they like about working in their regions and what is special about their work. With #C4Regions, Performance Intermediates is opening up new perspectives and showing how close collaboration around the world contributes to the future of the business line – an important step toward an open and trusting culture.
