ELATUR® DPT is our new fast fuser for special PVC applications, like flooring, wall coverings and films and especially effective when used in combination with ELATUR® CH.
Low volatility
Regulations on indoor air emissions from building products in Europe are quite stringent (VOC and SVOC limits)
Most of the current fast fusers at least partly contain SVOC
ELATUR® DPT is > 99% without SVOC.
Excellent gelation behavior
The gelation behavior of an ELATUR® CH / DPT mixture 2:1 is almost on VESTINOL® 9 (DINP) level.
Low viscosity
ELATUR® DPT helps to maintain the low viscosity level of ELATUR® CH plastisols.
Good storage and handling properties
Many competitive products require heating equipment for storing and pumping.
ELATUR® DPT can be stored without heating at temperatures down to <– 20 °C.
